The book 'Primrose Bakery' has some beautiful photography in it.  The photos are of the lovely cakes and cupcakes they bake however many of them have been juxtaposed with toys and different objects which just helps to set their cakes apart from any other cupcake recipe book.

The use of different wallpapers/ tablecloths is something I'd like to consider for our photography while also the fun juxtaposition of silly objects works really well overall.

These images below are scanned in from my 'Crafty' Magazine, a lovely magazine with craft idea's, interviews with crafters and tutorials.  These two different examples show the difference between text tutorials (using mainly language to show what to do) and pictorial tutorials (showing what to do through photographs or illustrations).
