I thought I should go back and have a look at pre - existing logo designs as it is something which I haven't actually had too much experience with in the past.  I am going to look at logo designs in general and also logo designs which are for a similar purpose as ours will be used for.

I have also only picked out logo designs which I think work well overall.

This is simple yet memorable.  The illustration style sets the logo apart from other more computer generated designs.

This one I have picked out because of the use of colour.  It is hard to use so many colours within a design.  The use of colour here turns the design into something new.  If it was just black, it wouldn't have much presence.

The mixture of hand rendered illustration and computer generated type works well together here.  It is simple and effective and portrays a bit of character of the business.

I have picked this logo out too because of the use of colour here.  Good to refer to.
 

This logo I have been looking at because it shows how it can be versatile.  This is something which I may need to consider when designing for our business.

The logo's below have more relevance to what our business is actually about.  They are all different and they all manage to translate a fun happy vibe through their logo designs.
