DIY Crafts // Books Re-Imagined Title Page Development

Both of us were slightly unhappy with the original title page due to the dark colours used and didn't feel it was representative of the rest of the zines use of bright and colorful colours.  Here are some further experiments to choose from for the title page:

Experimentation on patterned fabric background.  The text is too difficult to read.

Here layered on top of some hand made paper already featured in the zine.  Works well but contrast needs editing to make the text more legible.

More experiments testing out different materials and colour layers.

 Overall we both decided that this one was the most effective out of the collection.  The book pages focus it more in to books rather than different fabrics.  Using different fabrics will be more effective for the fabric zine.
